Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Makes a great breakfast or snack. Can substitute silken tofu for the yogurt.


Ingredients:
1 container nonfat lemon yogurt
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 large banana, sliced
1/2 cup pitted dried plums
1 cup ice cubes


Serves: 1

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Instructions:
In blender container, combine all ingredients except the ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
